Meet the Team
All the team at the restaurant and bar are committed to give you the best dining experience during your stay in Tiger’s Eye.
With Nick Fullbook’s bright and witty personality, and food & hospitality career spanning nearly 30 years, taking on the challenge to run the Tiger’s Eye was an inevitable avenue to pursue. Manager Nick brought his enjoyment for being in front of the guests to the mainstream by becoming the person known by every Gloucester quality Grill and cocktail lover. Many times, Nick turned the competition offers down and won the hearts of hundreds of regulars guests. Just don’t ask him about the poker game he lost to head chef Robert, but feel free to challenge his knowledge about the quality Tequilas and spirits from all over the globe. A character you would struggle to forget.
Robert Sinyard’s 22 year culinary career began early on. Inspired by his English grandmother and her love and respect for quality and tradition. Head chef is known for his bold flavours and his bold character. Story goes, he lost a poker game to Tiger’s Manager Nick and that’s how he got a head chef’s job, turning down a fat Highstreet offer, but he doesn’t talk about it much. Asian inspired cooking was the remit set by manager Nick and business partner Paul Soden, one which we think he has shown his skill and versatility by the bucket load. Here’s to future exciting and innovative creations
